X-MAS 2006

Christmas 2006 was great. All Abbey asked for was a "stuffed doggie," "five baby dolls," and the "Big Red Car (Wiggles)." Santa brought all that and a little more... My grandmother was here (Abbey's great-grandmother) Ida Palmer. She lives in Nashville and doesn't travel very often so it was a real blessing to have her. Now were gearing up for Abbey's second birthday. Her birthday is on January 1 but were going to celebrate it on December 31. We will have Rachel's entire family in town and hopefully mine so it will be a great party.

Sure glad to see Christmas pix of Abbey and her doll house! She wished Daddy Laddie "Merry Xmas", but by the time I got on line, she was "too busy with her doll house" to say it again! Wish we could be there as Abbey's "other" Great-Grandparents for her 2nd birthday, but we'll just have to join you in spirit only. Happy Birthday, Abbey Girl!! We love you!
