I second that! You look like a model! Such bone structure you have! :) Nate said you should just shave it all and do a "GI JANE" thing. hehe! I'm so happy that she's HOME!!!! We're still praying for you every day!! Klint- you'll be an excellent "nurse", and I'm sure Mama Sue will help you stay awake! :) We love you all... thanks for the updates. Love~ Nate and Becky

Rachel & Klint,
Praise be to God...we are so grateful for the outcome so far; God is answering all our prayers and He remains in control. These updates are wonderful and we'll continue to keep you all in prayer, especially as you "nurse", Klint! My dear brother was "nurse" to his wife for over 15 years by way of having to place her on a kidney dialysis machine 3 times a week - you can do it - that special love and bond between you, led by God's guiding hand, will carry you through! In Him,
Melissa, Tallahassee

I became aware of your story about 12 hours ago and I can't believe it! A friend gave me your blog site and I'm still in shock over what you guys have been through. First of all, you're in our prayers. Rachel is on our prayer list at church. Your grandmother, Klint, goes to church with us at Una...small, small world. Second, what a beautful baby girl you have!!! Congratulations! (we have a little boy 6 months old) And third, Rachel has always been tough, and what an extreme test she has been through to prove that. I'm so happy to see that she is progressing like she is. We will continue to pray for all of you as you face a long road of recovery.

Rachel,
You're one of those women the rest of us envy. You can totally pull off a shaved head because you have such a beautiful face and we're all jealous of you. You look great!! We miss you!!

Girl, you are one HOT MAMA. I am not kidding. Your head is just so perfect (and your face too, of course.) I'm so glad you let Klint post that just so I could see your smiling face. Lee, Sofia and I have been praying for you daily. God is so faithfull! I love you and can't wait to see more pics.
Klint- You are going to be an awesome nurse! Take care of yourself too. You are "The Man"
Abbey- Take care of Mommy and Daddy, give them lots of hugs and kisses. Their healing.
Love- Stephanie, Lee and Sofia Fletcher

Rachel, it is wonderful to see your smiling face. The new hairdo didn't hurt your looks at all!
Klint, we have all confidence in your ability to take care of Rachel, and we're so happy that Sue is there to help care for Abbey--another beauty.
Our prayers are with you all. Much love, Willard & Bobbie

Klint and Rachel,

I do not know you, but I know Adam from here in Columbia. My husband, David Haustein, does know you, I think, Rachel. We have been praying for you guys and checking your blog daily to find out the latest. I am glad to see Adam in a picture with his sister -- I know that it has to be hard to continue in school when his heart wants to be there with you guys. May God bless you with peace, ENDURANCE, and His strength.

In Christ,

Sandi Haustein

Rachel - Personally I think this new look is fabulous!! Why in the world did you mess with all that hair all these years? You are so beautiful. But seriously, with that smile noone will ever even notice your hair. We're still praying and will continue to do so. We love you all so much.

Dear Klint and Rachel,
We just wanted you to know that Kim and Randy have been keeping us in the loop about Rachel's condition and our whole family has been praying for you! We thanked God for this tremendous miracle when we heard how well Rachel came through surgery. Knowing how strong you both are, I just knew you would make it through this! Rachel, looking at these pictures of you now, I think you are more beautiful than ever! We all continue to pray for your healthy recovery! All our love and best wishes, Tiandra and Mike DeSantis

Klint & Rachel,

We are glad that things are so much better now than they were a week ago. It is great to see Rachel's smiling face. I know if you can stay up all night watching the film of the same BB game over and over, you will do fine on your night shift work with Rachel. We love you and continue to pray for you.

ps. Although it would cause some controversy, I really think the "helmet" should be a Wolverine helmet.
