Andy Blackston

My good friend Andy Blackston resigned his post as head women's basketball coach at Austin Peay State University yesterday. You can read about it at www.theleafchronicle.com

Andy is a special friend and has always been there for me. When he learned of Rachel's illness he got to MI as quick as he could. He is now the AD and the boys basketball coach at Madison Academy in Huntsville, AL.

He says his big reasons for leaving college basketball are his faith and family. He and his wife Stacy also just found out their having a little girl!!! I highly recommend having girls!
